Cambridge Campus Master Plan, Anoka Ramsey Community College, Cambridge, MN

In 1990, Lunning Wende Associates, Inc. and Close Landscape Architecture developed a Master Plan a new Anoka Ramsey Community College campus overlooking the Rum River valley in Cambridge. The plan recommended the phased development of facilities meandering along the bluff edge and bringing people into regular contact with views of the river valley. In 1996, we designed the first phase of the campus master plan, a 54,000 square foot Campus Center.

The 2002 update to the Campus Master Plan proposes a preferred site plan for negotiations with community partners and also presents a twenty five year plan for campus facility development on the property currently owned by the college.
