Phillips Park Initiative and Joseph Selvaggio Initiative, Minneapolis, MN

Ten years ago our firm began a series of residential stabilization and revitalization projects in the Phillips neighborhood of south Minneapolis. The sponsoring organizations include; the neighborhood organization, one educational institution, two non-profit organizations, two regional medical institutions and a state-wide social services agency. To date, 145 new and remodeled, affordable and market-rate housing units have been created. The work continues today.
