Predesign for the Minnesota Departments of Health, Human Services and Agriculture, Saint Paul, MN
Employing workshops and inter-agency workgroups, we orchestrated the programming, financial analysis, and site selection process leading a public/private partnership to construct offices and labs for three of the state’s largest agencies.
This project was a venture with the Adams Group, jointly coordinating the efforts of a 13-firm planning team.
